    Did this repair with mine. The guide by steve was very good though I also followed some steps from another guide and just taped up the window rather than remove it. Eventually had to buy a new motor and replace the old one though as it completely failed even after replacing the carbon brushes.

    Is the button stuck in? Seem to have heard this sort of thing before and a stuck button was the issue.

    Nurrish does the replacement sat nav etc. You can get a window motor from Alex or if you can wait from usa- on e bay, though Alex gives a year waranty if I recall correctly.
