  1. I took a "few" snaps with my father in laws Canon G12 at the Navarra GT1 race in July you can see all of them http://s804.photobucket.com/albums/yy329/ThomasSoerensen/GT1%20Navarra%202011/ But a few of my favourites that also might have a bit of Nissan content are these
  2. Thats what I was going to say I'm running the complete bush set and it's transformed the car on the road and on track - really didn't think it'd make so much difference. PM me if you'd like more info Please tell me more. When I looked at the website they seemed to have nothing for a 350Z. These bushings combined with the underbody brace should make it better on track.
  3. I have thought of that - it is a good candidate for the winner mod. There is even a shop in my area that carry them (Quantum Auto Sport)
  4. This sounds nice. Only problem is ti get it fitted in the Frankfurt area.
  5. Less than 500 is also OK Is your budget 500 bucks or £500.00? If you want to be that specific it is 500 EUR
  6. Hi all Now obsolete: I have 500 bucks burning a hole in my pocket. Updated: Due to my amazing negotiation skills I now have 1000-1500 EUR to play with Taking my current mods into consideration, what do you recon would be the best mod to go for? I would like it to be invisible or near invisible as I think the car looks fine. What appeals is increasing power, increasing rigidity (reducing understeer on track), and reducing weight and making the car feel more racecar like. Do you guys have any suggestions?
  7. I usually go approx once per month. But I was there on July 28th (where pics are from) and again on July 31st ( no pics - too busy driving) and I will go again on August 13th. I will upload pics of anything interesting.
  8. Hi all I have had a few good days with "some" quality time in the Z. Yesterday I drove home from vacation. Started at 05:45 in Bilbao and arrived at 22:30 in Frankfurt. I took a "small" detour since I figured the drive would be a tad short. I know the pics are not great, I had to take them in a hurry. Can any of you guess what the 2 locations for these picture sets are? 1st location. 2nd location In total I drove something like 1740 km (1081 miles) in 16 hours and 45 minutes Then since I was home alone today, wife and daughters are flying in tomorrow morning, I had to go get the car washed and vacuumed and then off to my favourite playground. So I added another 400km to the car today. Again excuse the crap pics. I reset the MPG calculator before my lap, after the lap it said I had averaged 22l/100km (12.8 mpg) There were a few interesting things Artega GT KTM X-bow Some Finnish electric sportscar Toys for the AMG Performance Driving School
  9. http://i.imgur.com/T2cqS.jpg Isn't that a cabrio Z? Or am I going crazy?
  10. http://www.2009gtr.com/2011/07/sumo-pow ... close.html lots of nice details amazing car
  11. The Novidem 380bhp setup in my car has caused no problems and feels great. I have now driven 50.000km with it and it had done about 20.000km with the kit on when I bought the car. I fully recommend a supercharger setup by Novidem.
  12. My father believes I have no suspension in the car at all and it feels great for fast road (130-150mph on the autobahn) and also feels good on the track. So I believe I have a good setup for sportscar like handling. I have done 500mile trips to Denmark several times and never feel physically knackered. But then again I am not the most comfort seeking person I know of. Aynway I really like the way my car handles in all situations, and I can only recommend a KWV3 setup.
  13. Supprising as the comments I had in Wales was that my car was railing the corners better than the 350z, being noticably flatter. It certainly feels like it too. Having KW V3 does make you a little better than the OEM setup to say the least I would like you to elaborate on this remark. I have KW V3 and I am quite happy with how my car drives but I have no idea how much of adifference it makes. I know it is close to impossible to quantify, but I would very much appreciate if you could elaborate on how you think/feel/believe the KW V3 setup is better than OEM.
  14. I met a French guy and his son in law some weeks ago, they had stripped their Zs and replaced most of the body with carbon parts - they said they has lost 400 kgs!! So I guess a lot ow weight saving is possible - but the French guy was now trailoring the car to tracks as it was too uncomfortable for cruizing.
  15. haha Hi Ricey. It did not look like you had any trouble keeping up with me. Next time we meet up at the Ring.
  16. The Ring in the wet. Had to catch the rear twice - but with the TCS on it was not too hairy. Quite a lot of people dented their cars though.
  17. Ferodo 2500 - long lastng and great performance, can squeel a little.
  18. Welcome - after 18 months I still get the itch to drive it if I don't for a few days.
  19. ok You can start now. you have untill Friday 10:00 CET to finish it. Here is the key to the basement storage room where the parts go. There is Coke Zero in the fridge and a bakery around the corner. GO!
  20. What I need next is a couple of burly guys to come over and rip out the interior and stereo without breaking anything. Then I need someone to install solid aluminium engine, trasnmission and differential mounts. Then I need to get the fly wheel removed. That should make it uncomfortable enough to fool me into thinking I am in a racing car.
