  1. I've had MPS4S the last few times and was so impressed I put them on my wifes roadster as well. I thought they were better than the MPSS that I had before and I've read that the MPS4 isn't far behind.

That said, I've heard good reports on Falken FK510(?), don't last as well but good grip.

    Hi, @Sim

Funnily enough what kicked this all off was trying to get the 350 mapped after I installed sports headers, cats and a long tube intake.

The guys at Horsham Dev do not seem to be a bad tuner, from what I have been able to read online alot of people have issues with UpRev as a software.

Definitely want my z mapped just not with the UpRev software which has most likely got me into this situation in the first place.

Ok, to be honest this is the first time I've ever heard any Z owner have an issue with UpRev. Where are you reading the bad reviews?

Good luck getting it sorted, I'm surprised someone can't just flash the ECU with base maps, would be interesting to hear the final diagnosis and fix.

  3. I think about selling occasionally because I don't drive my Z much, but every time I go fro a drive, I change me mind, it's all about the grin factor for me.

So, I'm basically saying the same as above, unless you need the ££ for something else.

@ZMANALEX Big thank you for the Abby Motorsport mention, any lead is a win at this point. Having read through reviews of Up-rev I would prefer it not be a part of my car if I can help it.

I'm puzzled why you don't want UpRev on there? I'd much rather have a mapped Z than stock.

I started with UpRev on my 370Z then went to ECUtek, but only for the extra features, not because there was anything wrong with UpRev.

Yup definitely from the rear, crawled around for a bit around the car and the front is silent (other than engine noise of course ^^).

Since I changed the fuel pump I figured it wouldn't be that either.

I'm going to remove the covers on the fuel pump and see if it is that, hopefully not... I hate trying to return faulty goods... Fingers crossed. Will lift the car up on quickjacks and see if I can trace the sound from underneath too. Worst case if it's the exhaust I need to find a nice new system :) been eyeing up milltek for a while

We had an odd rattle on a mates motorbike exhaust recently and traced it by using a screwdriver to apply pressure near the joints to see where the rattle source was, might help?
