After getting my workvan washed by the local polish carwash in the summer I got some Tardis tar and glue remover. They sprayed it on left it to soak for a couple of mins then washed it off with a pressure washer. It was pretty damn good at getting the bugs,tar etc off! I only use a bit on a rag on the tar spots on the zed so think my 5l tin will last forever!! Not much help but thought I would share

I looked at chipex before and also looks good. I have got a touch up from nissan for a big stone chip I have on the edge of my bonnet but to be honest havent had the balls to try it yet! Its the road rash which seems to be worse now and wouldnt want to touch up every single one of those bad boys with paint!

yeah its much easier than using the touch up pen , much neater job although dont be thinking it will totally get rid of chips , it just improves the look. You either need a respray to get totally rid or build up the chip with paint over a few days, wet sand then polish out. yeah prob get respray eventually but may try for the meantime. The design of the car will never stay chip free but its hard to let go and say "its only a stone chip"...or 100!

I'm pretty good at keeping my distance as my zed is my pride and joy but think its down to the amount of salt and crap on the roads! looks like its worse on passenger side of bumper and also onto the door! Cant really explain why that is? Maybe more debris on edge of road than the middle,would of thought it would be the other side where cars pass in oppisite direction?

managed to get out for the first time since before xmas today to clean the zed and was mortified to find so many chips in the front bumper! I have only done around 200 miles since the last clean! Didn't realise just how bad the roads were over winter Anyone else has similar probs this year?

Looking si cant wait to see it in the flesh! Took mine to the paint shop yesterday so planning on getting the spoiler sprayed up and sorted soon and then a damn good clean as dont want you showing me up!! Watch out for that roundabout and can I have your R1?!!!!

Hi everyone, I have been wanting to get a forum sticker to place proudly in my zed and support the cause. The thing is I am a bit fussy when it comes to things in my car and wouldnt be able to put just one on one side! In other words I want two one on each side on the back quaters but I want to have then facing the same way! Does this mean I have to get an inside sticker for oneside and outside for the other? or do I go for one on the back window? Where are yours and how many you got? Cheers Rog

Spotted an Azure zed coming out of waterlooville today towards A3M around 14.00? then back in around 16.30ish forgot to look at time!

Yeah bowling is great fun! would be up for a meet as fareham not too far from me if you can get a few peeps together. I once got five strikes in a row which made me look ace in front of a load of girls when I was 15! Not repeated it since tho and the girls look the other way now!

Nice looking car congratulations on the buy! Not sure about sweating in the supermarkets but you defo lose a few pounds walking to the shop as you always want to park it as far away as poss as not to get anyone park near you!...or is that just me?!
