When I bought my car the passenger side had a cracked mirror! stealers wanted £297 for a replacement as it contains mirror and light etc and has to be a complete replacement! ...its still cracked I may add! Maybe

Evening all, I have been having alot of trouble getting hold of my service book which I left with the previous owner ( a client of mine) after he promised to get it upto date (never had it stamped!) and never did during a whole year of me having the zed! He is no longer a client so I called him and said dont bother getting it stamped just give me a list of the garages you had the work done and I will do it myself! Still no joy with him saying it was in a box and his office was being decorated blah blah blah! Anyway I have given up with him so my question is can I get a new service book for the zed or is it something alocated to the car (reg and vin etc) I only had it in my hands for 2seconds when I bought the car before I gave it back to him to get it stamped so didnt study it! Drooled over a clients zed for 3 years spent a year persuading him to sell then when he agreed thought Oh bugger I better buy it now! sold my pug to my girlfriend and the rest went on finance!

Paul this sucks mate If you need a hand I will happily come and help you clear your garage out so you can tuck the zed up overnite it should just about fit! Failing that I have a nice piece of mahogany in my garage that I can bring up one nite for "a sleepover"!!

oh i seeeeee! yeah thats what I was trying to prevent by building the bench but never anticipated my bad driving skills and not being able to see the front wings sat in the car!

I moved into a new house a month ago and was delighted to have a garage. After waiting six months to get in I finally tried the zed and it fit nice a snug I have a tumble dryer in there so spent all day yesterday building a bench to put it on so the zed can go further back enabling me to open the driver door and get out via the side garage door. Anyway all happy with my new build I reversed the zed in with the help of my girlfriends watchfull eye to which i got "why are you going in at an angle" So I have some space to get to the tumble dryer I replied! "well just straighten up a bit" Ok I said so pulled forward to hear an awful scrape and crunch! Luckily my alloy (which is due to be refurbed soon) took the brunt but scuffed the bumper wheel arch and have white paint all over it now! Fingers crossed the megs DA will buff it out! Sorry no pics as was so angry I just kicked the door frame slammed the garage door and went to get a beer to drown my sorrows but had to share my pain! Tomorrows job...Carpet garage walls and attach more mirrors than an old vespa!!

I passed my direct access in jan and currently have a honda hornet 900! I only have this because its my landlords who lives in thailand and he said why not use it! would of prefered a 400 or 600 hornet but hey ho never look a gift horse in the mouth and all that! Goodluck with the training
