  1. Im irish and no pikey so there lol all said and done lol For future reference where is the search button again ROFL
  2. This post is better than the election with a bunch of grown up men slagging each other makes me laugh every time. Everyone has their own opinion to things. And not everyone is familiar with the site ie using the search button. But its also not big and clever to send PM slagging each other off. Think i have defended and insulted everyone in that statement above time now to receive some PM's slagging me off now.
  3. Think the price is a bit high for the mileage even though it does have a FSH but from the pics it does look in good condition. Ask has the clutch been changed due to the high milegae on it. Apart from that give it a good look round like you would with any other car and then a nice long test drive. Enjoy and i bet you will probably buy it after the drive anyway
  4. 2 sets un assisted then the last one assisted quite alot but it gives me a goal to work on. Yeah im a forward played all my life have had my fair share of injuries like everyone else but have had some excellent physio along the way which speeds up the process alot. Best way is to stick at it and train with a mate who is as strong if not stronger and always push yourself more each time even if you cant lift it by yourself get a mate to assist.
  5. Im sat at 17st 2 at the minute after a very good rugby season and benching 150kg for 8 reps and running 10km in about 50 minutes i think the key to sucess is having the determination to get out and work hard at it. It is also down to your genetics within your body if you are not naturally big then its harder to put on the weight and get bigger and the same if you want to lose it.
  6. As far as im concerned with being in the Army no matter who we vote for they will steal off another sector to make it right in another. How many times has the education, defence, health budgets been cut but we have never seen a massive rise in any other. Also have friends that work in the public sector and they are forced to spend the money so that the budget will remain the same for the next year. I think no matter who you vote for you will be pleased with some of the out come but not all off it and its a no win situation we are in.
  7. Not to sound like a geek but its totally normal its air being sucked into the system and filling the space where the fuel used to be. The longer you leave before filling up the louder the noise will be. Hope this helps you out.
  8. I would have one off you just not this month as doing alot of spending on other things but if you still have them next month then i will have one off you.
  9. Im going to fill up over the next couple of days will drive round a few garages beside me in Germany and report back on what the fuel costs are to let people know exactly what they are. But if most people are like me and want the best fuel then expect the big prices at the minute on the mainland.
  10. Thats in Euro so you can probably round it down to £1.50 on average still alot of money if your planning on long trips throughout Europe. Like the idea of the 350 running on beer though lol.
  11. For those that are planning a trip this year to the ring or just a drive through Europe at some stage just to inform you that the fuel prices over here have gone through the roof. V-power is priced at 1.60 a litre and seems to be the same price in most garages for there best fuel. Im loving it though as we get the fuel at discount price with being in the forces and living in Germany. I have posted the info so if anyone was trying to work out a budget for there journey it may be easier knowing the price of juice.
  12. Im also in Paderborn would be up for a meet if you are going to sort one out. Im free most weekends and evenings so can do short notice if need be.
  13. Excellent help everyone but is there guides on how to carry out all the tasks now i have got the info that i require
  14. Im looking to change all the oils and filters on my car and was wondering if anyone had a list of what exactly i need, oil types, filter types, and also how much of each oil i need. I have the use of a maint pit so though i might as well learn a bit and get it done alot cheaper than i would normally pay. I have searched on here for ages looking for guides on who has done it themselves but have come up with nothing. Many thanks in advance for anyones help.
  15. The missus had Park lane and threw it away just needed Mayfair for £500000 could have been fun.
  16. Got a drive coming up very within the next week of approx 348 miles all motorway going to try my luck and make it on one tank of fuel do you think i will make it.
  17. I wont be once i get back on the autobahns in Germany again
  18. I must admit i was taking it very easy to see how high i could get it but i know its going to be hard to keep it low.
  19. Was out driving earlier and noticed for the first time about the KM/L on the right hand centre dial. it was sitting at approx 12.3 (driving very steady) then came home and worked out that 4.55 litres=Gallon and also that 12.3x4.55 gave me 55.2 approx. I then converted this to miles and it came up with 34MPG is this about right for steady driving or am i completely wrong and worked this all out for nothing.
  20. They done mine excellent service did help the lad doing mine owned 350. Took just under 2 hours to complete just make sure they replace it with a nissan approved window and not a cheap spin off.
  21. Had mine done 3 weeks ago by autoglass the screen is £1050 then labour on top new seal glue etc... think the final bill was close to £1500 cost £50 excess. Its worth while to check that everyone has the cover as i know people try to save a bit of money off their insurance. There was quite a wait as well approx 4 weeks for autoglass to source the Glass.
  22. yeah mate all sorted yeah have had quite a few good days on the autobahns. But there needs to be more fuel tokens i feel lol
