I think it changed with the updated interior at some point, but older cars only have it on the drivers side. or JDM only, not sure I think it was mainly JDMs and the very last models in the UK. You can tell by the switch, if its auto up/down on both sides, the switches on the drivers side both have an "A" in them I believe Yes, or the other option is a sneaky mod, someone could of got another drivers side window button and switched it for the passengers side, as both buttons are exactly the same, they show right hand side windows with an 'A' in it.. 52 plate JDM

I got a can of GUNK engine degreaser, and a roll of clingfilm, covered up all electrics etc and spray all the messy areas with this stuff and then used a old sponge to wipe it all down and then pressure washed it all (light pressure).. let it dry or hand dry, and i use tyre gell on all the plastics, it comes out a treat!

I have 20 inch Toyo T1R's and i need to replace the rear 2... so for a cost effective result im gonna replace all round with Falkens.. 4x Toyo's = Just under 1k 4x Falkens = Just under 600.

Yes shaun ive had the same problem too, ive closed the door and walked away a couple of times, a hour or so later upon retuning i find the window half open thats some serious security problem there!! haha

Will do Mike Yes Ian, thats exactly what i used to do but the problem has since got worse, maybe from the winter. I may get a new motor if they advise, but sure will not be going to the stealers. I have a few quid set aside for the worst.

Driving to Norwich yesterday, lovely sunny day, car started to get warm so i lowered my window to cool off, so im driving about for an hour with the window fully open, get back to my office in sunny great yarmouth and find that my window would not come back up .... Usually if the window gets stuck half open i manually push the window down 1mm and then it would work again. no luck this time. First thing i did was come on this site and downloaded all the guides, took my door card off, couldnt do the reset as you need the window up and door closed (not happening).. Took my car to a really good garage that i use, PJ Kerly, and as i get round the corner i go over a speed bump and all of a sudden it works again, but left the car there anyways so they can look at it.. No idea what the problem can be but they will look at all possibilities for me.. good garage Not so bad in the end, ill await to hear the problem..!
