I do really like the look of that one, and in my eyes i would not see the need for the reflectors as you say the headlights are projected and not reflected... Obviously the reflectors are for your high beams and indicators but the bulbs are actually really bright and i think the light they create would suffice.. (and who needs high beams? )

Now that would be embarrasing.

Is it an actual rattle or does it sound like a metal clicking sound? I get it when going from revearse to forward, the rear left joint moving.

I suppose that could be an option, but could you then have heat issues, hot bulbs and melting film inside a plastic box = possible danger? i have no idea haha.

I know its actually annoying, the pre 06 has a small light, compared with 06+.. You can fit 06+ in a pre 06 car can't you? with a little adaptation.

Mine are 2003 headlights so unfortunately they wont be like these, I am trying to find a cheap set to have a go at doing something.. The ones in the video are 06+ right?
