  1. You've also got to remember that the banks (trader side of operations) started the financial crisis. What has ANY of the UK governments done about it to keep them in line since? Not a thing. They have bailed them out using OUR taxes, and (reported by media) talked about selling them off for privatization. Didn't work so well for the post office -sold at a fraction of its worth and not so much as a "sorry" from anyone involved let alone someone being held to account. You guys are in the know but I heard the post office was sold to one of David Cameron's mates on the cheap. Even though it was making over half a billion in profit a year ?
  2. I have really gone off the BBC. We pay our TV licence yet they can't even be neutral. Be aswell with Russian propaganda. It's more subtle here but just as biased. Il post a link when I'm on a PC it was very interesting about how the BBC can get around being positive with phrasing and sequencing. Then the whole thing about them knowing and protecting pedos. Disgusting.
  3. In all honesty I'm not sure what I'm voting now lol! I've been doing lots of reading and studying of this over the past few days now and I'm accumulating a list of pro's & con's. At the moment the pro's are outweighing the cons, however these are based on items like the mccrone report etc. I need read further into this and will make my decision on the 18th If we get independence theres a risk I will lose my job as my company is based down south Ah a tricky one. I personally think all these places Saying they will move is rubbish as I'm sure you have a good job but your company is making silly silly money. But I can't say that 100%. That report to me was a shocker. I was angry when I first found out about it. I do think the yes vote is what you want in your heart. Your decision to make though as it's your future.
  4. Neil I know your saying your voting no and are playing devils advocate but your arguing for yes better than most. Would you rather we went independent now and could never join England again or vote no and never go independent again. Remember you said now isn't the right time and you don't like Alex salmond. If we got independence it wouldn't be on the 19th of September. It would be 18 months after. Then general elections would be called. Making Ekonas point wrong too. So then don't like salmond vote for someone else! But remember there is 1 Tory msp in Scofland. 1. That is crazy 1 Tory msp yes they control us? How is that fair? Scotland is best run by the people who live and work here. Is that a statement you agree with?
  5. Did they get through a MOT OK..? Yes mate it flew through MOT testing. I got my MOT done at CS. I remember Andy leaving my Zed running for a bit prior to testing, I'm assuming it's because the warmer the engine becomes, the lower the emissions it will release, just to ensure it passes the MOT. Hassan! You back bro?
  6. really? i dont think Grime has ever been as good as it was mid 2000's with Sway, Kano, Akala Tinnie tempah before the big record deal it just seems full of the older guys ie LB or sway trying to make club tracks which i see the reason but there all @*!# and people like Devlin who i know have been around just aslong but the stuff there releaseing now is nothing on, 'This is my Demo', 'home sweet home' and 'Its not a Rumor' And just because i love these track im going to share it sorry off topic but this thread just made me think of it again I agree however, I'm still a massive fan of Tinie Tempah, Skepta, giggs, devlin and all the rest of the mob that became commercialised. I've been listening to grime since skepta first came on the scene. Before that I was a massive fan of american rap and RnB etc. I do listen to everything but there something about grime. I've been listening to action bronson recently. American but still good. JME and Skepta are always high quality, giggs is amazing. Old school but a banger BUT best rapper ever. His flow and rhymes are clever and proper sick. Harry Shota. He used to do the news on semtex show. Look him up on youtube proper sick.
  7. That was awesome! People seem to be getting into a frenzy over small things. Like him or not he answered it comprehensively.
  8. Yeah like I said no one get wound up. lol. I don't mean to offend anyone but if we stayed neutral like Switzerland maybe we don't need nuclear arms? If we don't look for a fight we won't get into one. War never seems to help anything IMO.
  9. I know it's not funny as a girl died but it does remind me of this
  10. Uncertainty mate. And no cold hard facts. I would love to be free from westminster (and I'm pretty sure half of England would too) however I'm not sure if the time is right just now I'm not saying this is the case but would you choose A. Vote no but never get a referendum again B. Vote yes and never be able to join England again.
  11. I'd love it if England kicked us out. We still get independence. I see what your saying but it makes no sense for what the no group is saying. They say we need England because they pay for everything. Then why would England want us then? In that case you should be entitled to a referendum. The thing you guys are missing cos your like ohhh we don't get one. You don't get one because their isn't a demand for it. It's not an accident we got one there was a high and genuine demand.
  12. Why? Maybe I'm just assuming to much but I can't believe you want to stay with England. Can you not see the things that are happening that make you want to be independent? I'm not arguing here I just want to see where you are coming from. Regarding currency salmond threatened to default of the debt if we don't get the pound lol. But I think keeping the current pound would be a small stop to a Scottish currency or euro. I think the eu would love to have us and if we got the euro it would maybe put pressure on England to get it too I dunno. We would be a great asset to the eu but we kinda need the eu too. Because we need people here. There are loads of foreigners here but they are all employed and good people so only the truly ignorant moan here. Also it's mixed messages to from the no group. It's like they are saying we want you to stay. We are better together YOU are better with us. If you even think about leaving you will die cos we pay all your stuff and are propping you up. So then why do they want us to stay if we are a net drain. Cameron and the likes came up here to show support etc. but they aren't really liked up here or anywhere lol. You can say what you want about Alex Salmond but in comparison to the other leaders he is a great speaker, motivating and charismatic. Now people will say why does thus matter but it does look at when brown was in power. He was arguably a good chancellor but sucked compared to Blair at wooing voters. I understand this effects the English but in my area at least I feel snp has done a lot of good stuff. Our snp msp is a great woman. Everyone is like vote no cos Scotland can't do it. But I feel this system is already broken. I know most of you have good jobs on here so life is different but a yes vote is a vote for change. Some people don't want change as they have it cushy already.

    Genuine hks?

Never heard an ark but they look well made. Tbh I had an x02. Nice exhaust. I had mine decatted. It was loud. Like silly loud. Only reason I got rid was I didn't like the bassy deep sound. Well made exhaust though. Uk owners need to watch it clears the diff fins.

    Genuine hks?

    They are for a g35. That makes me think it's a x02.
  16. So you think India gaining Independence from england was a bad thing too? I just don't understand how you could support no. It's the same thing. India isn't physically attached to England, was never an integrated part of The U.K and the Rupee has been used since 1540, so IMHO completely different. Pete So what about the Irish or the Isle of man or anything like that. Again you will point something out but I hope he gets my point. I can't put it into words better than G man already has. Honestly his post is a humdinger. And if you don't have a vote what difference does you opinion make? I don't mean that in a disrespectful way as this is an interesting debate but the logic of the no vote is just saying your rubbish we pay for everything. In that case why keep us? Anyways I really don't get why the english are getting all wound up. You seen what Russia's up to!
  17. I know! I was in Leeds a little while ago. So good!
  18. So you think India gaining Independence from england was a bad thing too? I just don't understand how you could support no. It's the same thing.
  19. But that 45 year old who always votes labour just cos his dad did or that guy who votes bnp cos he hates blacks? Thats acceptable. Atleast the 16 years are being educated about the situation.
  20. A fortune? Nope they got them like at 1/4 price. Again have you been to London. It's like you don't have bins there. We want to keep Scotland green and clean. Yeah about 5years after us. Also you say how can we tell. Well because we don't have London. The rest of the uk can do nothing aslong as london makes money. We don't have that luxury. Every part of Scotland would have to pull it's weight.
  21. I think you misunderstood me as you kinda agree with me. London is disgustingly dirty and overcrowded especially the closer into the centre you go. But it makes money like crazy. I'm saying as you say on paper it's richer. Doesn't seem it but it is. You couldn't pay me to live there. Again I agree with you that London gets investment because it needs it but it's a viscous cycle and more money is spend then more people come and more money is spent and so on. All the time the rest of the uk sufferers.
  22. Duff to you. Scotland has a much smaller population and the highlands would be represented in Holyrood. Also we wouldn't push Edinburgh or Glasgow to the detriment of the country. London is a black hole to England and everyone knows it. Also we can manage 200miles of land no problem. There is less people wanting attention from one guy who doesn't care about Scotland. Look at how much more progressive our laws are. Are some of them a pain? Hell yeah but I understand they make Scotland a better place. E.g. Zero waste Scotland people have to have recycling food bins dry waste etc. you can't just throw it all in as the food will be turned into biomass. Is England doing that? Carrier bags will be 5p from October. No clamping, smoking ban etc etc etc. our council only uses electric cars. That's now. We can make even better decision once we are independent.
  23. +1. Scotland has different strengths and weaknesses to England. We need our own solutions for our unique problems.
