This guy is a top bloke. Called steve. Company is SPF 07894 912432 He does lots of different sevices. Alloy, Paint, Cast, Body,Leather and more. Based in Garforth and mobile....I Highly recommend him. Used him twice.

Err... Just thought, you said you were on a hill, Could you not bump start it (In 2nd) and then see if it shakes the starter loose and once its started park it back up and turn it off and see if it starts again... I suppose its like the Z version of "Emergency repair procedure No:1" a bit like thumpin yer telly.

Yer never can tell with battery's.. Some last years and other dont, They may be fine 1 day and the next bolloxed.. with no warning. 5 years is not bad and it depends on the life its had... Stop,start,stop start is bad and longer runs better for it. If it is the battery get a good 1 with a good warrenty and shop around... Getting a cheap 1 will bite you in the bum and its false economy....

How longs this AA guy gunna take to get there.... We all now need to know what the prob was..... Battery. My vote... How do you reset the ECU ..and why would you need too ?

It sounds like the starter is stuck...,but it takes hardly any power to run the CD and a lot more think on to turn that big motoor and all those pistons mate.....

I know you must have thought of it, but just in case, DYNAMAT EVERYTHING Any new good sub with move more air than the Bose. My Alpine Tyre 10 inch moves 13 times more and the interior wont take it without the sound deadening, cos there not alot in there already. The vibation inside will just make it sound S@*&t no matter have good your components are. I know Dynamat is not cheap and you cant see the money in it, but do it. It is worth it. looking forward to the pics. Oh... The door speakers need to be shallow too if you're chaging them. Give Hertz Space units a look....

Go for the easy first mate. Whats the battery like ? Next if the starters stuck, Put it in reverse and rock it backwards as hard as you can this can free up the starter.

My Z was new 20th Feb this year all wheels have blue dots, But this may be a factory thing as they are supplying wheels and tyres on a new car, so if the blue dot is a balance mark the your new wheel wouldn't have a dot as they arrived without tyres. Does that sound logical.... Or what... We need 1 of the forum veterans to confirm this really.

Yeh.. How cool is that. Me too... Only I go off road there every day. (Not far from ASDA) My Z was new in Feb and the sat nav must be 2 years out of date. I know if I call Nissan they probably wont have an answer. and if they doe it will cost money...

Should happen more often... We are all victims of society's tolerance of these pond scum... The sad part is the guy will have taken crap from these cowards for months then killed himself and his kids... Then when the chavs get nasty calls and death threats and the police turn up to save-em. Tragic

Hi, It sure does help to do a bit of a search. I was gunna give this a try. So you've saved me a shed load of trouble and money... The come up on ebay alot and look the part advertised as "KSR" or "X02", on youtubre as well. Really want the HKS dual-Ti, But its expensive. I've used HKS before on a 200SX that had nothing, but HKS and never had 1 issue. Every part fitted 1st time every time. So you get what you par for. I'll put up and shut and get a gen 1.... Just have to wait a bit longer and sneak it past the guard...(Girlfriend)
