  1. Yes I agree but that would add cost to the price of the brake line kit. HEL/HKS kit is very cheap but it does take time to fit correctly especially if it is your 1st kit you are fitting.
  2. You need to tidy up the face of the threaded connection into the caliper to allow the banjo bolt copper washer to seat correctly, we have fitted load's of these kits and we will tidy up the face of the caliper as our 1st job.
  3. With the old CKP fitted have you checked the ignition timing to see if the ignition timing is correct? Sounds like it is retarded or on limp home, I feelt he car needs to go a Consult to find the problem. The traction/ABS light CEL is the following problem C1103 R Front Wheel Sensor Circuit Open/Short Mark
  4. It is a job that can be done and the tachometer issue is pretty easy to fix; RB25 gearbox , RB25 sump , R32 Wiring loom/ECU. some fabrication work to make it fit; I see the job done before and it looks pretty good when done properly.
  5. Heff, our links come with new nuts with the links; they take around an hour to fit per axle so to fit front and rears will be around 2 hours. To change the roll bars rubber's will take a little longer , around 2 hours for the rear roll bar and 1.5 hour for the front bar. If you send me a email to mark@abbeymotorsport.co.uk I will sort out a full estimate for the work requested. Mark
  6. The stock system from Y pipe back isnt that restrictive , w ehave seen FI cars with stock rear section flowing 400bhp. If you want a quiet car leave the stock system fitted. Running HFC's with a good Y pipe and system works and sounds good.
  7. Just a note to say thanks for the business during 2011 and a Happy Christmas and a Properous New Year to past,present and new customers for 2012; We are shut from this afternoon till the 3rd January 2012;if any one needs to get in contact with us during this time email either of the below address; mark@abbeymotorsport.co.uk or tony@abbeymotorsport.co.uk. thanks Mark
  8. ball joint is in the compression arm and cant be replaced , the new arms come with the rear bush fitted so your no need for your newly replaced bushes. I doubt the tracking will change to be honest , you cant feel the play in the ball joint but you can hear the knocking.
  9. The noise will be coming from the ball joints in the compression arms, these aren't replaceable I am afraid;
  10. Awesome , should of used the search button , there's a job for over Christmas then.
  11. yep mine does that , think it is an internal fault in the Bose Amp.
  12. provisionally sold. Mark
  13. couple more pictures; £250-00 + shipping, or collect them yourself. Mark
  14. Pictures;
  15. How much? thanks Mark
  16. Any one got a VGC rear bumper for a 350Z please, colour doesnt matter? need 1 for my own car. Thanks Mark
  17. do you have and pictures for the condition of them ? I will try to get some taken today, can you PM me your email address so I can send the pictures to you. Mark
  18. The TT build that Abbey were planning on my HR engined Zed (same as yours) hit £19k before I pulled the plug. And that was using standard internals with a predicted HP value of around what you have got. We could do this cheaper now thou.
  19. We use a fuel return kit and larger injectors, any car running F/I needs a raising rate fuel system to keep the fuel pressure at the correct pressure. We are even using stock Clutch. I will work out the total hours later on but it is a lot less than a motor rebuild before fitting the turbo/Super chargers. Mark
  20. From when we dropped colin's car on the dyno with the stock ECU map to after we finished the tune the car gained 18lb/ft of torque and 15bhp. Like normal the car was super lean running stock map with HFC,s with a few tweaks the old girl cam alive, I am sure Colin will post the dyno plots up soon. Mark

    the limiter works off of the speedo , which we know over reads around 10mph , but it is still pretty quick for a N/A car. I have had 370Z owners go on the speed limiter with stock cars thou which again is awesome.
  22. HR is on the engine/gearbox join but on the top of the engine/gearbox joint, I think it is passenger side still thou.
  23. crank angle sensor it is the gearbox/engine joint under the car passengers side. easy job to remove and clean 1st to see if it cures the problem;
  24. Anders, It's a supercharger boost is relevant to engine speed, boost makes torque , full 10 psi isnt seen until 7200 rpm but it makes a nice car no big torque curve to un settle the rear tyres , easy to drive very responsive not like a turbo car. All temps are goods water temperature is around 90 deg's under load on the dyno , oil temps are good no hot turbo's to raise the oil temp. AFR's are spot on for a S/C, running down into the low 11's at high rpm for safety and motor longtivity. Remember this is a totally stock motor , so i think it is an awesome conversion the HR and also the VHR (370Z motor) are built for F/I. I have driven a 370Z fitted with a GTM stage 1 turbo kit running around 480bhp at the rear wheel with a stock motor around 400lb/ft torque and that car was awesome as well , Nissan have stepped back up to the door with building proper motors.

    Uprev is a remap , the people that developed the remap system are called Uprev. Re maximum speed I dont know anyone that has hit the speed limiter with a N/A 350Z. But we do raise the speed limiter when we remap. But I would say the car's will do approx 145/150mph with a long enough run way.
