Its not an MOT failure to not have it on the plate. Mine has the 350z-UK logo in its place and has passed twice with it on THAT'S COOL, DO YOU HAVE A PIC IF I MIGHT ASK? ( Nearly time for my sticker too ) Mine would pass with a piece of toast in place of a reg plate!

I just picked up the bumper ( ) and because the guy doesn't own a Z anymore he left the old number plate on it. Demon plate it's where he got his plate from and I asked him about mot and he said that he never failed one because of it. If now we have to have the crappy post code we can hand out couple of tenner to the mot guy Isn't there a member of the law in here?

With the arrival of a new bumper I want to change my number plate to an UK style. I looked at demon plate because I don't want any manufacture prints on it (ie. Halfors!) Looking at the web site I've seen that you can have 3D letters, borders and slogans under the actual numbers. I don't want it to be illigal, what is the law on it? I'll keep the letter/number spaces standard but I'll cut a bit of the plate from each side ( already got a template for it which passed previous mot's )

Hi guys As i posted before I won't be able to attend the Ace but defenetly up for local meets!! I don't think I'll be able to have free week ends untill Feb but keep us posted

i personally think the bumper looks better with the badge recess flushed out, but thats costing a couple of extra quid to do, You mean de-badge? I could stay without the Z for 2 weeks but I might start feeling ill so I'll kinldy ask the guys at Japex to put it up and take it down the same day. thanks rich

All going well tomorrow I'll purchasing a nissmo N1 front bumper and this is the first proper big thing ( for me anyway ), just looking for any top tips on fitting and painting. The bumper needs holes and all the rest and before I paint it I need to check that it fits propelly, so, is it a good idea to fit the bumper and than take the car to the body shop ( with the bumper on the car) or is it best to take it off again re-fit the the OEM, paint the Nismo etc...? What sort of rough price am I looking at to paint it? How long it takes? anything that I should look out for before leaving the bodyshop? paint match and .......... Anything else? Japex will fit the bumper for me and a bodyshop down their road will pain it ( unless I drive to Surrey to do it ) Thanks Alex
