My mate owns a 172 Clio and the other day he pulled away from me on a motorway and I just about kept up with him at 40-80mph. Now is this suprising and should I worry about my Zed underperforming?

There's nothing worse than finding out a mate has been killed in action. My mate was one of the guys kidnapped in bagdad in 2007 and it devastated me when we found out he was killed. I know it wasn't an army event but it's the same feeling. My heart goes out to you and Jamie's family. No one should ever have to recieve news like that.

What does your car look like. Do you have a link to some pics. There's not much point putting pictures up of mine yet. Im having bumper respray, new alloys, new badge's and new exhaust (again) next week so i shall be putting up some photos then! Very very addictive this Zed malarkey!

Yeah i checked when i got the wheel off. It was clicking bad before i put the 5th nut on and then it seemed to go, just got quieter though. I'll have the boys at the garage to have a look Tuesday!

Well it sounded like putting the 5th nut on stopped the clicking sound but i went for a drive today (my daily fix) and it seems to still be there. Its a lot quieter than before so I'm wondering if there's some damage been done whilst driving around with 4 nuts on?

I'd say you could get an OEM bumper easy enough and for pretty good value. Dont go for lip but def paint the bottom bit. I'm going to do that myself And clear reflectors ftw! Mine will be done this time next week......hopefully!

Not worth your energy Sally Some (and please note I only say some) men simply can not comprehend a woman who's interested in and enjoys her motors - it must surely mean we're aggro / lesbian / psycho -bitches from hell. I had to deal with one bloke (who is in motor racing world) last week whose chin simply hit the floor when he was told I tracked a zed - he literlly sat there with his gob wide open We've joined an inherently chauvinistic world here...ias you can see from the 'oh so helpful' comments from some of our 'comrades' on here. Liam/John/Chris bad bad bad Ian - you can have as many lashes of my whip as you require No Me bad? I'm probably the least chauvinistic person i know! I was just trying to explain squaddie mentality.
