So this the scenario .............. I can't get insurance from you cos of the rule above ........... so I go elsewhere - say Privilege ....... after one year I'm ready to insure again and Privilege send me a renewal letter offering a year's insurance for the same price as the year that's just gone, and I don't need to do anything - I'm covered (note I have over 9 years NCB) ...... you have records also so you advise me to check again with your company ...... if it was me I'd say 'up yours matey, I'm happy with my present insurer' Life's too short to ring round every year .......... I'd rather be out there in my car
that's not good business is it ?
+1 Spot on mate! Such bad business.
No worries, I'll find someone else who's willing to insure me and my girlfriend and I'll be more than happy to give them 1k+ a year. If your company is doing that well that you don't need another customer, then fair enough! But I'm guessing that you could do with more custom so screw the nut and use a little common sense!
17yr old, zed as a first car, fair enough....
29yr old, 5yrs NCB with a fair amount of driving and cars under the belt who's willing to trust their 25yr old partner (5yrs NCB) behind the wheel of their much loved zed.....seriously guys, come on!
