  1. Does anyone have an Apple Macbook 13" that they're selling and would be willing to send to the US? Apple doesn't deliver to the US from the UK and I can't find anything on eBay. Thanks!!
  2. This is in your email, therefore, we cannot see it without logging in.
  3. Yeah.. I almost got my leg cut off from that accident, too. Lol -- so it would have been even more physically painful than it already was.
  4. Yeah.. didn't feel so great. You'll get yours fixed though.. don't worry about it. Doesn't look that bad.
  5. Looks like nothing compared to the entire driver side of my Z last year.... And that wasn't all of it.. there was more damage to the front quarter panel and wheel/tire area. -- About $7000+ in damage.. almost totaled as I thought the B-Pillar was bent. (None of which was my fault.. just stupid Springfield drivers.) Now she's all pretty again: You'll get it worked out though.. doesn't look toooooo bad.
  6. I can't wait for this to come out.. I've been watching the Simpsons since the first episode aired. LOVE this show.
  7. Good lookin' Z. =) Congrats!
  8. You mean the right side? It seems more natural to me to be on the right side. I don't know why.. I've never driven a right hand car, but I feel like it'd be better I did. A friend of mine has a 240sx that he converted himself to a right hand car.. and there are a few other people who have right hand cars around Springfield here.
  9. It'd be for used cars I see the price difference in. It's not always the case, but I do see many cars out there I'd rather import than buy over here just because it'd still be cheaper to import and change whatever needs to be changed to make the car legalized for US standards. Then again.. I'm wanting to move over there, so I wouldn't need to import.
  10. Thanks for all the replies!! This has really helped a LOT. Really? I'm really interested in exotics and whatnot.. I was looking at Lambo's for fun and I've found SEVERAL that I could save myself around $80,000 if I bought one over there as opposed to the states. I found that be the case for quite a few different higher end cars. Then again, it was posted in another thread, and I assume this is the case.. the UK is generally closer to the places these cars are assembled.. I would assume it'd be cheaper because it doesn't have to be shipped so far and whatnot.
  11. In the 2003s, I've heard of some electrical issues. They were mostly worked out for the 2004 series and beyond.
  12. Never been to the West Coast that far myself. I really want to go, but only in time. There are some good roads around here. They're tighter curves, but make for more fun if you know the road. A bunch of friends and I go on cruises all the time around here. I'd be nice to go driving out there though.. it's a lot more open and more peaceful it seems. I don't really like how there's so many lights around here.. can't enjoy the nighttime.
  13. Yeah, the roads are really bad in a lot of places. Mainly our bridges in Springfield are bad, but they're doing a LOT of construction all over town. Springfield has a beautification process going right now, so over the next 4-5 years, a lot more than just the roads will be in a lot better shape.
  14. Yeah.. The city is starting to put those cameras up everywhere at all the major and some not so major intersections. Hopefully they won't start doing something like that on the highway. Lol
  15. Meh.. Springfield doesn't offer multi lane highways.. only two lanes at most on every road. I'm from Saint Louis where they do have 5 lanes on the highway, but I haven't lived up there for a while, so I'm used to not having that. I'd prefer what the UK has to offer anyway. I thoroughly enjoy taking the Z and just driving in the middle of nowhere to clear my mind.
  16. Thanks Mr. Fusion! I definitely feel most welcomed here. mwalker556, Wheels are ASA JH9s. For the compliments! I can't wait to come over there again and check everything out. I know my husband doesn't want to live IN the city, but somewhere around it. I definitely want to be around some place that has some good roads that I can cruise and enjoy now and then. I do love her, but you're probably right. Although - I've been looking at a bunch of cars on Auto Trader, it seems like the cars over there are a ton cheaper. Not for everything, but a lot of them, at least. A lot of the exotics seem to be cheaper. I assume because they're made over there? I may just be looking at it wrong, but it looks like I could get a Lamborghini Murcielago for £75K from over there as opposed to getting one over here for minimum £122K. I'd probably be willing to just sell my car and go with something over there if I could find something for the right price. I've looked at the Zs and it looks like they'd be about the same price over there.
  17. Awesome. Thanks so much! I've just been reading a lot of stuff on here and it seems like insurance is so high there in the UK. I can't imagine paying that much over here, but I understand there are different standards and whatnot over there. Thanks again!
  18. Family Guy is AMAZING. Lol -- The 'Sexy Parties' Stewie has are hilarious. I've been watching that show ever since it came out. Today, the 31st, is actually the 10th anniversary of the release of Family Guy. Simply amazing.
