  1. Checked on DVLA webbie and the reg seems legit, but as for any other details, I reckon scam too. the only way it can do such nilage is if the owner actually lived in it...and even then he'd have to have been driving whilst asleep...
  2. Did my MOT and oilchange today (oilchange was gonna happen either way due to me just having bought the car and it's a given to do it) Dunno what the previous owner was using, but after putting in Castrol Magnatec 5-30 Fully Synthetic, the car seems to feel alot better, smoother revs and nicer idle, even moving off from standstill seems easier (could be in my mind tho)
  3. They'll prolly compensate for that tho and mention it also comes with a Nismo sticker Kit that adds another 150bhp....
  4. Thx for the lovely comments Yeah, it is indeed a trick of the light, there was direct sunlight coming from the left, thus causing my mates headlights to look a lil duller than mine.
  5. afaik, JDM Performance are selling the OEM gearknob for a little over £100 (I checked at local Nissan dealer and they sell them for £195, and yes, I nearly fainted on the spot) JDM Performance also sell the Nismo Titanium one for £74 http://www.jdmperformance.co.uk/item_de ... odID=59399
  6. Beautiful is all I can say. Nice industrial setting too.
  7. Personally, I find that Zeds turn more heads than RX8s do. And thats not a bad thing in my book
  8. £15K for that?!?!? it's a JDM '03... Mind you, I reckon the previous owner must have hated the kit, because it's at a Crash Repair Centre (sign in background of 1st pic), so he tried killing teh uglyness once already....
  9. Basically tapping on the forums knowledge here. Does anybody know of a good reliable tuning garage that could do servicing on my Zed? I do have a Nissan Garage in my town (Glyn Hopkins Nissan), but since I have never had a Nissan before, I won't know how good or bad they are at servicing. Would even accept the Essex Area (makes sense since I live in Suffolk) Help please.
  10. ...so my mate and I thought we'd take some pics.
  11. Since all we know is that you'll get "an engine"... You'll prolly get a Nismo tuned MA12S engine, rofl
  12. Yeah, I know I can get more out of it, but for my day to day use, 3.00Ghz is plenty enough tbh. The main reason behind building it was basically, "I haven't built a watercooled PC yet, let's give it a go" The only thing that wasn't done by myself is the sidepanel, had to send that away to have lasercut.
  13. But this looks so much cooler (last PC I built myself) Intel Q6600 overclocked to 3.0Ghz (watercooled) 2x GeForce 8800GTS 512MB (newer G92 GPU, in SLi, both watercooled) Motherboard is a EVGA 780i (Northbridge, Southbridge and MOSFETs are watercooled)
  14. I still cannot believe there is a tyre that sounds like "Cum Hoe", lol Nankangs are made in china too, and you don't really see many mainland chinese driving around in performance cars. For a cheap runaround Nankangs are ok, because they are very very hardwearing, seem to last forever. Definately agree with most, especially the comment about the tyres being the only thing between your car and the road, so you better get some good rubber.
  15. Tbh, if Apple have got anything right, then it's their marketing. Think about it. For Example the AirBook then it came out, wafer thin...fit's in an envelope, and stuff. All great technological feats I admit, but instantly stumped if I walk up to an owner and ask him to play a DVD or something disc related, because for that to happen you have to buy an add-on USB optical drive, making you look less suave and sleek at Starbucks, rofl.
  16. I must speak for the PC, but only because I do play games I like to build them myself. Last one I built is watercooled btw, hehe
  17. Received mine today, perfect is all I can say.
  18. There is a direct reply to it too... http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=3xElIik0Ys0
  19. Mind you, if they are aftermarket wheels and the previous owner didn't pay attention to the wheel width difference between front and rear, you may well actually have 225's on the rear.
  20. I bought my silver '04 UK model, GT pack, 18" Rays for just over £10K a few days ago. So i'm sure you can get another Zed for sure, just look real hard.
  21. Seen a silver Mondeo ST220 round here, also a grey Vectra. I noticed on the ST220, that it has two sets of sidemarkers, one standard and the other for blue flashys.
  22. Nah, wasn't me that morning Matt. To my best recollection, my mate isn't my partner, since I prefer women, lol. That Zed must be the worst example out there tbh, especially from a Nissan dealer.
  23. Happy 04 owner here, was still confused over that whole malarkey until I read this post. I'm sure it's on purpose that the rates are confusing, that way people that are gonna get shafted don't know what hit them until it's too late. (Remembers the episode of Top Gear when they told people on the street how much thier tax was gonna be)
  24. Now think about that for a sec.....think about the vibrator in that location in the car (near tax disc) and then think of the position of the female trying to use it......it looks kinda funny in my head (but interesting nonetheless, lol)
