I think im going to get one of these at some point, do they not suffer from heat soak and idle problems like most open induction kits seem to?

It would have to be absolutely mental to fail an MOT, or u'd have to have a stupid tester. When my Integra used to go for its mot, they drive it in and do the emissions test, and you could barely hear each other inside the building without shouting, and they still passed it straight through!

I just fitted my new stereo setup today, i also found that i needed to sort out my own earth for the hu, the wiring harness adaptor runs the earth wire up to a place in the block where the car loom has no wires! Ran the earth back to the earthing block installed at the back for the amps. works a treat now.

Well i dont need the glass, but could be interested in the rest if the price is low enough!

I personally think the nismo parts have completely transformed the car for the better. The std holds little appeal for me, but that full nismo kit looks a lot better IMO. Even the front has lost some of its fish looks, and the wheels look great.

Mine was £210 aswell, just had it done in september for the year. Can we cancel it, get refund and retax for the year just before it goes up?

As said above, strictly for cars there is no set Db volume that is too loud, however, i am fairly sure that in the letter of the law its not legal to fit an exhaust that is louder than the OE one, and in doing so you open yourself up to this type of pull over situatiuon. Its upto the officer/MOT tester/Court if it goes there to decide what is acceptable. On my old integra i had a Buddy Club Pro Spec exhaust, which even makes the K1 sound reasonably quiet compared! Only 2 times was i pulled over, and on both occasions it was because the coppers wanted a better listen to it, and to tell me how great it sounded. Its all down to the copper and their mood tbh, you were just unlucky in this instance!

I know exactly what you mean, i call it spinebreaker myself, i swear i slip a disc everytime i go on it lol! Wonder what will be put in its place?

From looking at that link you posted, the front wheels are 18's and thew rear wheels 19's?? Really nice looking wheel, but it would be scary at the cost from nissan if they can get them!

.. First impressions are good, good feel, greatly improved brake performance and as of yet no squealing! Only the one trip so far, so ill drive it a bit and let them bed in before i give it a full run down! Few pics during fitting :- Old disc/pad New Pads And fitting/fitted Was dark when done so no on ground pics yet, will get some at next opportunity and update with more info once i have used them for a bit. I quite like the look of it with those Nismo bits on, if they are actually what the Nismo parts will look like!

I had one in my Integra when i got it, again was advised its ILLEGAL to carry a flare in the car in UK, so anyone that has one get it out sharpish!

Could probably get a bodyshop to spray the rim with normal paint afterwards i guess? Prob cost next to nothing if any other spraywork was being done.

Thats what i have on mine aswell mike, 235/40/18 front, 255/40/18 rear, seems fine to me!

Agreed, i think it looks fantastic in that pic from directly behind, but when you see a corner/side pic, its really bad, doesnt fit the shape of the car at all!

those orange weave badges do look quite cool, but i dont think you would want too many things in that finish, its too orange for any major parts!
