Pulled up at the traffic lights this afternoon to see a nice 06 silver Zed opposite. Exchanged friendly wave with the female driver. As I turned right another Zed appeared (black), flashed and got a wave back Common as muck around here

Had smoke tints on my old car that were fitted from the dealer. Had always been a bit worried about them so popped down to the local police station to get them checked out. They measured taking the average of 5 points on the window and maximum reduction allowed is 30% (or 70% transmission as mentioned). Mine came it at 30.4% . Police officer said that you would have to meet an officer who was having a real bad day to do anything more than ask you to get them removed. That was 4 years ago though so not sure what the line is now. Have seen episodes of police camera action etc where they won't allow you to drive off until you've peeled them off. Daft really as it seems that a window covered in glue has far poorer visibility than one that is tinted

Just the one speaker on mine and no way to select without cutting wires I guess. One thing I did notice was that my old Nokia phone came across very quiet. Had to have the volume and therefore the commands etc very loud to hear the phone conversation. Now have a Samsung that is much better

No problems with the built in sat nav here. Apart from the previously mentioned postcode entry and speed camera positions I think it works great. I have newish 09/10 maps so gives me few problems. Personally I think it sets the dash off great as well, looks . If I want speed camera postions for an unfamilar route I'll set my phone up, if I can be bothered. Agree, wouldn't have spent £1600 on it but buying a second hand car I'd rather have it than not.

Hi there, purely from what I've read around the net but if it's not the slave cylinder or air could it be that someone has previously tried to adjust the height of the clutch biting point? The thread here gives details for the correct set up and also reports pedal sticking down if you over do the adjustment

Have used the autoglym stuff. My seats are in excellent condition anyhow so difficult to see much visible difference. Need to be careful not to use too much as seemed to easily clog the ventilation holes in the leather.
