  11. I've been living in Bristol for nearly 3 years and have never noticed it!! Doh! Where do they have the cars?
  12. thanks lads. those 2 issues are bugging me really. the rear bumper and the seats. I have some mad plans for the back ends just need to see various bumpers. also the seats are doing my heading specially because my car is a roadster. I want to change them but I have to take in consideration the passenger seat movement as the roof goes down. I dont know if any one on here with a soft top have done that before or not and I fancy something more supportive than the GT seats
  13. its my all time favourate. If your kidney raises more money then mine the car could be yours
  14. CHECK THIS OUT. I WOULD SELL ALL MY BODY PARTS THAT ARE NOT INVOLVED IN DRIVING JUST TO BUY THIS: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/861437.htm
  15. It had to be Gt-s wheels, tried other wheels didnt have the same look, wasnt going to compromise, even when I ruined the anodize I was abouts to buy a second set of GT-S wheels for summer and use these for my winter wheels and I couldnt get the big enough offsets in this wheel to cover the distance hence why had to go down the last resort. And glad to say I pulled it off imo andy, what seats have you got in there? can you also post a shot of the back end? you seem to have one nice fat diffuser there bud Whats the point of going down the easy route, if everyone relied on bolt on bolt off parts everybodys car would have the same wheels, same springs, same looks. The whole reason for modifying a car is for it to be individual and tailored to your own personal preferance. Hats off to you I say sir!!! +1 totally agree Here is mine as it was a year ago........ andy, what seats have you got in there? can you also post a shot of the back end? you seem to have one nice fat diffuser there bud
  16. darren, how did the video come along for the missbanzai run? I expected your to be the clearest, any chance of posting them bud? And thanks for the camera stand mate
  17. is it possible to swab stock air box between earlier cars and newer ones "i.e. pre 06 with >06 air box"?
  18. it is the same stuff you mix with the oil but I think he bought from the dealer. you dont have to strip any parts off the engine, you just remove the spark plugs and pour the stuff through there, and we have done it in his driveway. it didnt improve the starter motor as such , the engine just fired up quicker and felt free. one way to tell it works is to turn the engine off, put it in second gear and push the car back and forth. you do that before and after the flush. if the engine turns easier after the flush you it works.
  19. It's so sweet isnt it? You wouldnt believe how low he dropped the price to sell, was an absolute bargain for someone! +1, , and you wouldnt belive how low it was/is I wonder what spacers he's had on it? 40 mm each side? 50mm
  20. I did use an engine flush on a restoration project a while ago (some old BMW my mate had parked for years). We took out all the spark plugs, put the flush through the plug whole, left it over 2 nights, drained it, put some oil in than ran the engine off loaded (no driving). then drained the oil and re-filled it again with mobile 1. that was an old inline 6 cyl BMW engine that had rust everywhere you looked or touched and was kind of dead for over 6 years if I remember correctly. the result was beyond my comprehension quite frankly. the engine ran as smooth as a brand new spanking and one can tell even the starter motor sounded happy. having said all that I dont see the point in flushing a properly maintained VQ35 engine. If my car was in the garage for few years I will defo flush the engine otherwise I wouldn't. hope that helps maz
  21. hopefully not through east london , you up for it maz if it sounds good yes bud. need to sort out the camera much better this time and hopefully few things will be changed on the Z by then.
