Im still gobsmaked by yours Tim, especially in Derbyshire. Ive been pulled for both mine and Tracys before now, and they are both legal font with a very slight spacing on the characters (and by slight I mean you litteraly need a ruler to figure out its not perfectly legal). Last time, I got a £30 fine while out to pick up some £15 insect repelent that was confiscated in Chicago Ohare airport anyway. Brilliant. Could have saved £45 and stayed in that afternoon. If it werent for the fact I hadnt got that much cash lying around, I would have gone for that one too. Had to go a trade in route myself, otherwise I would have been interested. Although, with the milage we put on our Z it wont take long for th 15k the one Ive bought has to become low compared to others in general use. We probably do about 3k a year. If its only got 800 miles it should be in excelent condition, but as others have said, is there really any point for the few thousand miles, and the fact you know your car inside and out.

Guess its the old convertible more of a risk due to fabric roof and easier theft of contents etc... Mind you I would have thought they would have wanted to capitalise on that extra 20bhp. Either way, I double checked that it was the GT4 model they had recorded and it went down. Only by about £12 for the year, but still - its down.

IMHO Red are easy enough to shift in sports car form. They are pretty rare on Z's (Ive seen more yellow than red!) Ferraris for example will fetch a few K more BECAUSE they are red. Red cars in some forms may be hard to shift, but not in sports cars in my opinion.

Thats the style I was looking for, but will have to look at the wheels and see if satin would be a good match.

Already did that before the drive today, the only things left are the Z badges - but if Im honest, I really cant be arsed to take them off and stick the others on - they take some doing. I also think the smoked version rather than the chrome version will suit the UY anyway.

Havent mocked anything up yet, but I have the speedracing rear sat here, waiting for the Greddy side skirts and front to join it at some point. The kit would look like Liam Z's once on as he has this same combination I think. Dont think Ill be changing the rims any time soon though, but I will need to invest in another set of Z badges.

Matching the UY is a concern, but it must be possible - as Nissan would need to do so in the event of damaged vehicles etc. I think Kev had a front lip done on his UY, which was an excellent match I think, so will seek advie for a local bodyshop from him and others I reckon - Kev is in my local area too so hope the bodyshop is also local 'ish. Dont know about a spoiler, it has the small lip spoiler, will have to see once the other bits are on.

What bits? Ive got the rear valance sorted - havent ordered the sides and front yet, but should have those sorted for the Euro run and JAE etc.

Chuffed to bits with it. The pic really doesnt do it justice, my mobile phone camera was all I had, and the colours are always faded on it. It is propper yellow, honest - not faded yellow like it looks in the pic lol

Im staying over in Chester the night before too - Ive spoken to Tim, and apparently there are loads on one particular road, several of us could meet up the night before, no probs.

I love the green - its an amazing colour, well at least on the Lambo. I think it would look great on the Z too - do we have any photoshop pros that could show us?
