  5. Hello, I'm in the middle of rebuilding my new engine and want to spice things up a bit. The front engine cover is getting powdercoated. But therefore I need to disassemble the magnetic rings from the VTC's. Anyone knows how to do this? I have already loosend the VTC covers. Ttried to put a pliers behind them, but something seems to keep them in place. It only move up and down for 5mm or so. Someone that know's the trick? Thanks!

  7. Check oil and coolant levels, bring along 500ml if needed for the journey home too. 25 psi in the tyres, which should come up to around 30 psi hot is a good shout also. Leave the traction control on, as the track in March won't have barely any temperature. Brake in a straight line and have fun.
  8. Good job you got or sorted fella and all the very best for the 2026 season ✌️
  9. Sorry, they just arrived, didn't get a chance to have them listed yet. Order the v3 and we'll send them the v4 we have in stock, they'll be the same price. We ship worldwide. Both DE and HR in stock

    Cobra vs Berk HFC

I saw the V3s being out of stock. Don't see the V4 on the store page yet. I would seriously consider them, If I can get them shipped to Czechia for a better price than just buying Cobras at my local tuning shop. Are they for DE?
  11. TORQEN v4 HFC with 300cell cats arrived, ready to ship today

    Cobra vs Berk HFC

Thanks for the response guys. I can get both delivered in about 2 weeks. So availability isnt much of a concern. How Is the quality on Berks nowadays? In some 10 year old threads few guys have said that the Cobra cats are better quality. Is that still the case? They are a tad bit cheaper than the Cobras. I figure they both sound the same since exhaust makes the most difference.
  14. As above it all depends on the lead time. Cobra are made in Britain so should be much quicker to come out. Berks are decent also but will take much longer is the dealer doesn't have them in stock.
  15. It's worth checking the lead times on berks with your supplier. I bought a set from Tarmac and because America is being extra America currently, it was going to take over 3 months for delivery so I gave up 😞

    Cobra vs Berk HFC

Hey everybody, I'm looking to get rid of my dead OEM cats and install some good HFCs. Since I'm located in central Europe, there Isn't much of a choice really. I've narrowed it down to two options: Berk or Cobra. I've read multiple threads on here but most of them are old so I figured It would make sense to make a new thread to get some new opinions. If you have one of these, let me know how you like it. I have a true dual exhaust from Xforce (x-pipe design similar to Invidia Gemini) so If anybody has one of these HFCs paired up with a similar system, I would love to hear your experience with it. My goal Is to have a fairly civilized setup which Is not obnoxiously loud at cruise speeds.
  17. Good morning guys, I'm in the market for some new wheels for my Z. I just wanted to hear some opinions, or even experience with 19" Work Emotion 1pc Kiwamis. I currently have stock suspension, and no fender rolling or arch modifications. My friend recommends for me to get 9.5j + 15 Front, and 10.5j +12 for the rear. Google and ai also give me similar results. I just want some second opinions on this setup so I don't mess up and get the wrong size. I plan on running a 245/35 front, and 265/35 rear for tires. I'm after a pretty flush setup, and I do plan on lowering my car on coilovers at some point in future. This is my first post, and it's great to be part of such a cool community :). Thank you and regards,
  18. Sorted it. Because I have the module wired in (CS Burnout Mod or whatever you want to call it) that disables TC and SC I had to disable that and then drive for a period co the whole system could reset. just turning it off/on and starting car wasn't enough. And I had been driving back from dyno with it on which must bypass the system so the ABS light didn't clear. I thought it highly unlikely there would be a fault if nothing was messed with, its common that lights throw up after a rolling road session as i assume rear wheels going 150mph whilst front wheels are stationary throws the system into meltdown. My OBD reader also doesn't read ABS/SRS faults/codes just the main Engine ECU so it would never have detected anything anyhow. Something for others to bear in mind. Hope that makes sense to everyone (but prob doesn't lol)
  19. Plenty in stock, just drop me a pm if I can help you further. Alex.
  20. As per title looking for a decent condition part code 76951: PLATE-KICKING,FRONT LH as per Nis Cat. Item 76951 on attached pic. 2005 DE Coupe. TIA H67.
  21. Advice Needed Just been to a rolling road for a dyno run as part of a new championship i am doing this year. On drive back home noticed the ABS and Parking Brake warning lights are on. I have disconected battery and reconnected Checked with my OBD reader - No codes stored or pending I have the module wired in that permanently disables/ re-enables TC and SC this is still working fine and has no impact on the ABS light switching it off/on Checked alll relevant fuses (i think) and all seem ok Checked behind brake pedal and both switches that connect and all seems ok took it for a drive after turning off/on and disconnecting battery and still on (stays on from ignition) Only thing left is checking abs sensors but would this throw a code? How will i know which one might be faulty without swapping the lot? On the rolling road it was slipping a lot and i am wondering if that has caused the lights, I dont know if they were on straight after session or not, there was no mapping or anything involved, it was just a power run (or 3) to determine the power of the car then it was weighed. cheers
  22. I might give this a go what size cable did you use? I have a hydraulic crimping press and I can get some heat shrink to make it look all nice just unsure on what cable to use did everything work out over the last few years? Was there any that you missed as I will follow your photos above

  24. Hi, 1 is the correct part you ordered and received: 40173-AL500
  25. Cheers thanks for your reply
  26. Thanks Alex It would be 1 on the upper image I'm heading over to the garage shortly to get some pics because they've only described the issue over the phone and the parts should be compatible as far as I can tell
  27. All parts are in stock for your 2003 JDM. From the schematics below, please confirm what parts you require.
  28. Hi All, Been a while since I posted anything, but was hoping for some advice or guidance. My imported 2003 350z recently failed its MOT on front control arm ball joints...amongst other things. I ended up purchasing new Dorman upper control arm assemblies L (521-605) & R (521-606) and seating cones (40173-AL500), but they dont fit the knuckle. Control arms fit the subframe fine. Where have I gone wrong? Thanks in advance for any help
  29. Good decision. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c77edrxn0dpo
  30. Hi Terence, Yes that is correct they do have different boot profiles. I can't suggest anything for you but know when I was looking for something for my 350Z and my 370Z it was hard to find anything that would fit without quite a lot of fettling... I do think that the Celica spoiler fits quite well. Sorry I can't be of anymore help.
