  2. Yes sir for Nismo thats what its meant to be. or seen a few normal Zeds around 40k used and near new with hardly any miles on Exporter sites. In Japan used cars sitting at £33k and ST under 40k. Just customs eh. Few nice ones wish we had Russian rules. No VAT, No duties lol Doesn't matter though, these guys will have no choice but to lower prices the longer they sit there as more flood the market. It seems not many people are busting a gut to own one in Japan. A few coming up for sale in both US and Japan.

  5. Haven’t checked yet although weirdly it seems to be a lot better when on a full tank of fuel?
  6. Dont know about changing it but I tried washing the whole length with soapy water and made a big difference (positive!)....
  7. Are these easy enough to change without removing the whole seat? Mine has got to the point where it needs a couple of pushes to get it to release. Thanks😎.
  8. Obviously Not… The old 1 I’m taking of and using as template and getting made at fabricator's, Which still works out cheaper than the genuine W Brace
  9. Florida? Smoking hot rocks. At $65,000 its still a stretch. Its going in Japan for more. 15 to 17 GTR can be got in UK for that. Crazy market. Markups need to be outlawed.
  10. $99K for a Nismo ......ummm no thanks. https://www.carscoops.com/2024/06/nissan-dealer-thinks-its-2021-slaps-20k-markup-on-z-nismo/
  11. Wish i could attend. Was great last time. Good opportunity to "network". Other cars do turn up as well. Great timing before the drizzle and overcast
  12. Thanks Alex, I will wait to hear from the garage then. They will come back to me with cost etc
  13. I have a bucket seat on a set of fixed side brackets bolted directly to the floor to get the seat as low as possible, then a 60mm steering wheel spacer and that perfect for me at 6'5 and still have more than enough head room for a helmet
  14. Last week
  15. Me and pal are booked up for this next month if anyone is up for a go. https://trackobsession.co.uk/product/donington-park-evening-track-day-18-07-2024/
  16. Braided lines help in 2 ways one is brake feel the other is heat resistance so they will make a difference which you may or may not feel, they can be a pain to do as unions may not undo as well as they used to. I bought a second set of pads for my 370z two years ago. They are still in the box
  17. Yeah fair enough probably will just start with pads then and see how that goes. Think I’ll definitely get the ds2500 pads. Would you bother swapping the pads out for another set for Road use or is that over the top? I occasionally daily the car but am lucky enough to have a van for the daily most of the time. Do you run braided lines too or are there any other brake mods you’d recommend? Just seen your video btw 👌🏼
  18. Just been looking at the AD09s on a few review pages and they seem like the best option for me for what I need it for plus they’re slightly cheaper too. I have researched about square setups a bit and seem to get mixed opinions on it but seems like it helps with any understeer. might be a silly question but does it affect the appearance much? Not sure if the fronts will stick out much or is it not noticeable? (Not that I’m really bothered just curious) bear in mind it’s still got stock suspension but I will be looking at changing for coilovers and adjustable arms in the winter anyway. Would you still slightly stagger the tyres on a square setup? Looks like you have to go for at least 245 on the front for an 18inch on demon tweets to unless I’m mistaken.
  19. Depends on the model of your car. The DE has 2 cam position sensors, the Rev Up has 4 as does the HR. Just replace the faulty one with a genuine Nissan part.
  20. Hi :) I’m in the market for some headlights.. 350z. Got anything that I can make use of? Mine are not well…

  21. Hello All, After a long time away from anything fun, I have managed to pick up a Nissan 370z that admittedly, needs a little TLC. Some information on the car, it is a 58 reg Japanese Import, base spec (Version T) with a few options, in Yellow. Onto the reason for this post. There are a couple of issues I am hoping someone here would be able to help me with. I will list them below: The clocks are in japanese (not the ones on the dash, just the instrument dial cluster behind the steering wheel). I have purchased a set of UK dials - is it as simple as a plug and play swap? Do I need anything else for them to work correctly? - I have seen another post similar to this where the closing post is to "learn to read japanese", not really helpful or constructive. The car is an auto, and the gearbox works perfectly fine in Drive however, the manual mode does not engage. I have tried moving the gear selector across into the manual position and pulling on the steering wheel paddles, but it doesn't register. I would really appreciate some help on where to go with this, is it as simple as a fuse/wire? Or is it a complicated fix? The steering wheel has no buttons for audio, telephone or cruise control. How big a job would it be to retrofit the controls, and activate this functionality? The car does not have the built in sat nav, it is the base model so has an aftermarket double din headunit which I will be changing to one that outputs in English. I have not changed this yet as whether or not I can wire in the controls back to the steering wheel may dictate on which head units are suitable? I'm guessing the retrofitting of cruise control would be the most difficult of jobs here? These are my main queries for now. I look forward to getting to know you all in the near future, and I appreciate any advice and help you can provide. Kind Regards, Ver.4
  22. Hello folks, had my local garage plug in to see what was behind my engine mgt light. They said camshaft sensor. Am I right in thinking that there is more than one and I should replace all? if so.. what do people recommend? is this a known issue or have I got something exciting going on?
  23. Was the autoglym any good? I see you replaced them later.
