ziglo Posted June 28, 2015 Share Posted June 28, 2015 Was having a look at weight comparisons after watching a review on the roadster and it does seem much heavier in comparison to other German roadster.... so thought I would compare to a 2007 5 series (3.0) and it turns out there's only 55kg of a difference (see attached photos) Pretty surprising really as the 370z has some aluminum body panels installed, can only imagine that V6 under the hood is pretty overweight as the coupe 370z isn't a lot lighter than the roadster either so can't be the re-informed chassis with it being a convertable.
