It is because, and I quote (though not quoting Liam), we (the mods) are forum Hitlers that are oozing Envy from our every pore.

GC350z Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 This place got so dull over the last few days I signed up to the OC. That place is so dull I started reading a book. The book was so dull I moved all the shelving in a cupboard from one side to the other. That was so dull I vacuumed the apartment. Now I'm so bored I might give up my time off and go to work. On a more serious note, it's the friendly atmosphere of this site that keeps us entertained. If it were all about the Z we'd all give up on this site and go to the OC full time. I say spam away Liam, Louis, Zedrush and any other post whores.

Its great fun reading a sprinkle of non Z related articles on the site, but there comes a point when there can be too much, and when its considered too much from one person, we have asked them to reign it in a bit, so at least everyone gets fair crack at the whip with off topic posts, without the site appearing to be overrun by them. Its only fair isnt it? We wouldnt ever want the place to be Z only straight down the line as it could be very boring, but we dont want to replicate facebook either. Its trying to draw a happy medium that is tricky.

We have to draw the line somewhere or what is the point of Admins/mods? This is a good community but now and again a little controlling needs doing. We all love a good laugh , but not to the point that you create a new topic on Friday night " Is it ok to be up still?"!! I like the other admin/mods also dislike the reference made linking us to Hitler, this site is not run with an iron fist so dont imply that it is. So basically if you dont like how the site is run then go somewhere else.

Never disagreed on how the site is run either, as said countless of times this is a best forum yet, so you dont have to get your knickers in a twist and become defensive telling us to basically sod off, as we are not saying that we don't like how this site has been run. Just asking where Sarnie is as not posted for a while, sounds like its a touchy subject,
