Headlamps replacement

I am a bit fussy over the orange strip thats in my head lamps, dont like em, was thinking of changing them to these:

 

 

and replace the orange bulb with a ppaa black bulb, only probs is, my headlamps have xenons, and these dont. Question, can I take my xenon bulbs out and fit in replace of these ones? as really like the housing of these

its also far cheaper than having mine painted inside, as the cheapest quote was £300, then theres the chance of a leak

I think if you start messing around with the headlamps too much it spoils the lines of the car, afterall the headlamp is a big feature at the front

I think if you start messing around with the headlamps too much it spoils the lines of the car, afterall the headlamp is a big feature at the front

didnt your bro do the headlight out strip removal- in the oven thing ?

 

i take it it didnt work out , its ok in the states they dont have the weather we do so its less likely to mist up with condensation from a bad seal

It went okay, but set him back 300 quid, Id rather spend 80 quid on brandnew headlamps that are pre-done:

They are just lids over the OEM ones arnt they? With a few tweaks
