What to do with my Rays and tyres?

Since i had my new wheels fitted do i

a} Sell them as job lot---i would prefer to keep the wheels?

b}Take off the tyres and just sell them and store the wheels?

c}If i keep them all will the tyres degrade without use?

Well I'm possibly in the market for Rays with tyres so give me a pm if ur selling.

 

The tyres will degrade also. I wouldn't know how much/how fast tho

Thing is wheels are mint--Falkens 452s have only done around 4k so they would be a good buy if i took them off the rims--just can't make my mind up lol

Given that you want to keep the wheels, I'd just sell the tyres. Tyre lifespan in storage will depend on the conditions in which they're stored, but it theory anything up to 5 years as a rough guide.

 

Why do you want to keep the wheels out of interest?

Hardly a mark on them but am i being a bit possessive?--but i would definetly put them back on if i sold the car and sell the Vossens seperate

If you've got the room to store them, what's the harm in keeping them?

 

I'd definitely sell the tyres though if you have no intention of using them, assuming you're not planning on selling the car with they Rays on next month or anything.

It it were me I would keep them and use them in the winter with some winter tyres fitted. . . . you will keep the salt and crap off your new ones then.

 

If the tyres on them have decent tread, just sell them to fund the winter ones.

7 years for tyres to degrade.

Ok gonna take the tyres off---any idea how much to remove them from the rims and how much for the 452,s with 5mm on them all?
