I have noticed that the throttle is definitely more responsive, but the engine seems to take a bit longer to drop the revs when you release the throttle. How you found the same i usually left it in normal mode, sport when i was doing some serious driving, found the the S7 mode to make me kangaroo around town, looked like a terrible driver!
