jimboy2 Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Anyone else listen to any podcasts? I do a lot of driving and ditched listening to the radio about 12 months ago. I now listen to nothing but podcasts. I listen to Joe Rogan, lots of tech ones and a few random american comedy ones. Any recommendations? What are your favorites? Quote

spursmaddave Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 I listen to a few, try any of Richard Herrings, if you like them and his humour there are 100's Also Radio 4 comedy is good if you like that sort of thing, Friday night comedy and comedy of the week. Also no such thing as a fish if you like QI Quote
spursmaddave Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Oh and agree about Guardian Football Weekly Quote
Stutopia Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 (edited) Anyone got any motoring ones? I listen to the AMMO NYC podcast, which is massively geeky detailing stuff. For footy fans give "The Warm Up" a listen. If like me you enjoyed Johnny Vaughan on The Big Breakfast (or Movie Watch, back in the day) it's great, not much footy but quite funny. If you don't like JV it's definitely not for you. Edited October 5, 2015 by SuperStu Quote
Randy_Baton Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 (edited) I just changed my app to Pocket casts - it syncs podcast including the point you last listened to between devices on differnt operating systems which is a godsend for me. I think its the only app that syncs between IOS and Android, it'll also synch to windows. Only downside is you have to pay for it on each device but its only a couple of quid. jimboy2 Posted May 20, 2015 Author Posted May 20, 2015 I use pocket casts too. Love it. Didn't know about it syncing across as I only use it on my phone. Really great app Quote
