Some of you may already be aware, from June you're no longer required to have a paper counterpart for your photocard license.

 

If you're a numpty like me and have lost your paper counterpart already and need to use it for something (hiring a car, driving experience etc) you can now check the details online for free using the link below

Useful when i was overseas and coming back on leave there was always someone who was refused as they didnt have their counter part. I had no idea where mine was so used my Papua New Guinea license

I was stupid even thinking it would work for us, different authority after all and only this year in April are we getting rid of the MOT disks.
