nissanman312 Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 Hi guys im going to change engine oil every 4500 just for peace of mind i plan to keep the car for long so want to realy take care of it whats the best engine oil also im going to change gearbox oil so will need that i was reading somthing the other day about an additive you can put in the gearbox oil to keep changes nice and slippy but cant remember what it was?? Paddy78 Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 With gearbox and diff oil, I think the Nissan OEM is recommended. Clark Motorsport will be able to sort those out for you along with some Molyslip for the gearbox. As far as oil is concerned, any "good" brand of the correct viscosity will do... i.e. Not Castrol!
