KaneD
Good evening all! I'm a 300zx driver, and my front brake set up uses 350z discs. Could anyone offer any advice on a good quality front disc? I use the 300zx on track a few times in the year, is it completely necessary to go for 2 piece rotors or are there 1piece ones that stand up to some abuse? I have a feeling the cheaper rotors I am using at the moment are the cause of some vibration I've been having on track. Thanks for your advice, I hope you don't mind a 300zx driver lurking In the shadows!

Ewen@Clark Motorsport
DBA T3 discs are a really good choice if using the car on track but it all comes down to what pads you are using. What do you currently use?
Neilp
If you're getting vibration this suggests that the runouts weren't checked, either that, or you could be leaving pad material on the disc if you are stopping and keeping your foot on the brake while they are still really hot.
lance350
On my old track car I always used middle of the range disks the sort of stuff you can get from eurocarparts and used the mony I saved to get the best pads possible. That's my adviadvice anyway lol
