Guys I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, My 2007 Z with 32'000 on the clock has a slight Jerk when dabbing the throttle or taking it off, say at 40mph in 3rd or 4th it just seems to jerk for a split second before accelerating. Is this normal??

You mean like a hesitation? Do you have an early HR? I know its common for HR's to suffer some slight hesitation as you described, mine does it.

Mostly likely is an early HR Bems with it being a 2007. ;)

They're not the easiest of cars to drive smoothly, I have read that the hesitation is improved with a remap

I'm not sure what causes it, maybe it's the laziness of the signal from the fly by wire throttle ?

Yes a remap would improve this but if your going to mod your car it's best to upgrade your exhaust etc to get the most out of the remap. That's why I haven't done it yet as i still have to upgrade the exhaust. I've learned to live with it although on occasions it has really bugged me

Hey thanks for the input guys I've been told today that it could be clutch related by an independent Porsche garage that I use, he's gonna have a look soon so I'll let you know the findings
