Hi All,

So I'm going to be spraying a part myself, and I'll be using the Paints4U kit of pre mixed WV2 in a hope to get the car looking smart(er), but I don't know how many 400ml cans I'll need to do a spoiler (quite a bit larger than the OEM lip spoiler), would you say 2 cans is enough? They supply primer etc, but I want a half decent job done. I know 90% of it is in the preparation, so I'll spend a couple of days on that.

Thanks,

Matt :)

Edit: more info :)

Think it depends on how good you are with a spray can. I tend to put the layers on a bit heavy at first because I am rotten and end up have to sand them back. I don't think you will be far off with 2 cans. What spoiler is it though?

Oh don't worry ricey, I'm not after a pro job it's a drift car after all, I just want it vaguely the same colour as the car

The spoiler is a secret for now :)

To be fair if you're going to get away with it anywhere then you'll get away with it on the spoiler. Good luck!
