Back box and mid pipe

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me here!

 

I want a replacement exhaust that sounds similar to the standard one without the Nissan crazy prices...I don't want to draw attention and like the loudness and pitch of the old exhaust....any one have any ideas? :-)

Second hand OEM replacement or a Milltek is pretty quiet.

Is the Milltek not as expensive?

The Milltek is stailess steel, the Nissan is mild steel, but from cat back I believe the OEM is dearer...

+1 on this, probably the cheapest and quietest. It would be cheaper in the long run getting the mid section, as the OEM is prone to breaking.

You'd need the middle and rear as the OEM mid wont join to any aftermarket system as they all come with a new mid pipe...

A Dent master may be able to pull them out, there's usually a local one knocking about

 

I had a Scorpion on my Zed, I found it too quiet but if you want something that's close to OEM and don't want to break the bank then it's a good option.

 

Lead time is usually about a week and its a good quality well built exhaust.

 

Tips are slash cut so look a bit different to OEM ones but apart from that its very similar

I'm having a Scorpion backbox/midpipe and a Cobra Y-pipe fitted on Friday (hopefully... CS!! JK! I'm sure it'll be there haha)... if you can hold on long enough I can let you know or try and get a vid up...mind you dunno how to get vids on this?

I can't help with the back box but as for dents in the door/parking dings I highly recommend

I'm based in South Manchester and it only took me 25 mins to drive to their Saturday drop in clinic in Bolton.

 

If you go to them in Bolton you'll get a much better price.

They advertise £40 per ding but did 4 dings in my door for £50!

The discount is better if there are multiple dings on the same panel.

No probs on the exhaust, as soon as its on I'll be able to let you know. I myself wanted something similar to standard just a bit more throaty (but not too much just a bit more growl) and for it to be ok when driving normally. (Not that its 'refined' anyway with its tyre and rear arch noise when raining...radio!) lol I'll let you know!
