GMballistic Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Ooohh. That does explain it though. Never really been into watching Nascar even though the cars are pretty cool. Thanks for letting me know. 1
WhackyWill Posted June 28, 2014 Author Posted June 28, 2014 Ooohh. That does explain it though. Never really been into watching Nascar even though the cars are pretty cool. Thanks for letting me know. I have been to Daytona twice..Amazing, Speed, Noise, Complete Carnival. Great fans, you can go into the fan zone meet the drivers. F1 has a lot to learn from American racing in how to treat the fans ..Indi Car is the same, fan friendly ?. 2
GMballistic Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 ^^ Sounds good. Such a shame sometimes on F1 when the real fans don't get anywhere near the cars and yet some B list celeb is walking round like they own the place when really they're only there to boost their profile a bit & get some TV air time. 2
WhackyWill Posted June 28, 2014 Author Posted June 28, 2014 Dose anybody on here know which F1 car this is...? (I do..!! My best mate drove it.). This is how it was launched in Japan, without decals.
WhackyWill Posted June 28, 2014 Author Posted June 28, 2014 Here's a bit of whats happening. http://grrc.goodwood.com/#/0
WhackyWill Posted June 28, 2014 Author Posted June 28, 2014 ^^ Maki F101. Top of the Class, Yes The Maki..Worst F1 car ever... Driven by my best mate Tony Trimmer, who tried to qualify it a number of time but always something broke..even the suspension collapsed on it before it got out of the pits once, then it was driven by American Howden Ganley who is in the pic. Unfortunately Howden had a massive accident in it (again something broke) which ended his career, but he's brave enough to drive it this weekend...if it makes it up the hill without something breaking... Good Luck Howden
