EMotions and windows 8

Recommended Posts

Just had to use Caroline's LapTop to post a message as my XP machine was temporarily down and I noticed the EMotion Icon was greyed out. Is this a known issue the same as tablets?

Cheers,

Pete

O.K, so I've had to move to another machine permanently and the smiley icons are also unavailable on this machine too (XP SP2, same as the one I was using before) . I can see them but they are greyed out, is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

As you can see I can't access any of the features.

Thanks,
