And even when you go to question it, they will fob you off with, 'We checked this, that, did this that etc' to make you more reassured and to add up to 3 hours, you will never know I guess... WhackyWill Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 Completely incompetent if it took 3 hours to find a loose hose, whose to say the hose was loose anyway did they fit a new hose or just tighten the clip, maybe it was just an air lock, so they have to justify the time.
