GMballistic Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 I winced at a few. The safety systems in today's WRC and other motorsport's really are life savers. Quote

Wasso Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 (edited) I'm a big follower of the WRC, but annoyingly 2013 has been a pants year for fans since MotorsTV no longer held the rights and ITV4 I think it was only covered just a few events out of the season. One of my favourite accidents in 2002 ended as such...... Edited January 2, 2014 by Wasso 1 Quote
Wasso Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 And yes that is a telegraph pole holding the car from a very nasty death. A metre or so forward or back and it would have been GAME OVER!! Quote

GMballistic Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Fixed Cool. I'd have needed new underwear after that crash for sure. Not that it was high speed or anything but just if that pole wasn't there... Quote
