You do need to remove the sump though don't you ?

No, the sump does not require removing to replace the OPRV.

If you refer to my last PM the OPRV is located behind the oil cooler.

The pressure RV is inside the oil pump mate, I think you would need to remove the front timing cover to get at the oil pump then take it out and rebuild it. Might be easier to fit a new oil pump. Whats your problem?

Can see you have viewed but haven't answered? Why the sudden spate of oil pressure posts being deleted mate?

Didnt get the answer i needed on the forum and it would serve as a dead end for future potential searches

What was the answer that you were looking for as that may help others. ?

Also what was the fix to your low oil pressure issues as that may also help others with the same problem. ?

The "issue" you told me I didnt have anything to worry about as has another specialist?? :) If you'd wanted an update perhaps you should've answered my pm

The car is off to H-Dev for a service today prior to selling and will be double checked but I think its fine, problem looks worse than it is as my gauge reads 5 psi low.

So I'm not hiding anything and wont be selling the car on this forum anyhow so dont appreciate the inference.

It's not interference. They are just looking out for other members and potential owners on a situation that on the surface looks suspicious.

You would have been better off asking a mod for these threads to be locked. Removing your posts just makes it look like you are hiding something.

It looks like you are hiding stuff as you have deleted all posts about oil when realistically you could have left them and nobody would have noticed. I'm pretty sure mods can recall deleted posts anyways.

In one of your posts you said it was reading nearly 0 psi. That is a big issue.

It looks like you have bought a car cheap thinking it was easy to fix and then realised the potential costs and bottled it. It's nothing to do with the car condition but more to do with the engine.

This is of course my opinion.

Lol threats over pm! Nice one bud!

I'm not walking any fine line. If you have something to say, be a man, post it public. I'm sure people will tell you the same as what I have told you in my reply. You have no idea who you are talking to so be a good boy and behave.
