Rear View Mirror

Hi,

I have an electrical device mounted loosely on back of rear view mirror, don't know what it is!

Just got car previous owner didn't know. Rectangular in shape with cable going into mirror.

Anyone know?

Haha after so many years of driving a girl told me that the flicky thing is antiglare!? I laughed at her n flicked it pointed to the rear seats n i laughed hard! THen one night on the motorway with some ass with his fogs and full beams on i flicked it!.... I was amazed!

Sounds like the most likely explanation, the car had factory fitted hands free telephone fitted.However I like the other ideas above.
