350z wanted

Time to start the search!!!

 

I’m looking to buy my 350z.... details:-

• not convertible
  
• colour - does not matter, but my top preferences are blue and white, but will consider all
  
• miles – not a problem if the car has been looked after (servicing, etc)
  
• full service history
  
• manual
  
• budget is up to £5000
  
• mot'd and tax'd
  

I am based in Surrey and would like the car to checked over by either Kaizer or Abbey - so be upfront about any issues these guys will find everything. I dont mind if things need to be done, I just dont like finding out afterwards.

Not to be rude but you may want to up your budget by £1kish? That may start to reel people in, I've only seen mistreated / Cat D+ cars go for that sort of money.

Your gonna have to do a lot of trawling eBay, pistonheads, autotrader and the likes to get one on budget - the big problem will be a lot of poor examples at that price.

I realise that, but I am in no rush

 

missus wants a 4x4, so might do the 350z from a shell up build if I cant find a cheapish one by Feb or so next year

not looking for anything special... car will be used for 6-12 months on the road, but then it will be moved to a track car. So not too fussed on body and miles, just want something that is mechanically sound.

and looks like I have found one that I like... going to collect it tomorrow. 2002 model, cloth seats, low mileage. Couple of minor issues to sort out, but nothing major and was a bit under my budget.

 

Will post up some photos in a new thread tomorrow.
