scottyp Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Just picked up my lovely new 19's (thanks Lee!) - unfortunately I've hit a hurdle as I can't get the bloomin' nuts done up as none of my sockets will slip past the recess on the wheels to engage with the wheel nut head!! Anyone else come across this? and how did you get around it please? can you get a 21mm slimline socket? here's what they look like so far done up with the tips of my fingers! (don't worry, i'm not going to drive it! ) Quote

14N Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Orget a set of 20 tuner nuts. RsreRims do a set in chrome or black steel for £20 to forum members. Quote
BulletMagnet Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 (edited) I would not use the OEM nuts on aftermarket wheels myself. For my Volks I use aftermarket nuts that fit a 19mm socket Edited June 11, 2013 by BulletMagnet Quote
KyleR Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 I was just about to suggest buying different nuts. Most aftermarket ones are 17/19mm so lots of room for your socket Wheels look awesome by the way Quote
