That's the national one though, individual trusts now set it locally so it'll be lower in the north but higher in the south. Massive PDF here from *spit* Unite detailing their findings Yeah we are currently fighting for a local agreement but not many hospitals are paying it 'apparently' So we are after solid evidence that other hospitals are paying it?
