ThriftyFifty Posted November 5, 2012 Posted November 5, 2012 I cannot find for the life of me, what this button does in the car. Couldn't find it covered in the owners manual. Is anyone able to shed light on what it's for? Part of me is saying alarm system... Quote
ThriftyFifty Posted November 5, 2012 Author Posted November 5, 2012 Hah, and here was me thinking JDMs don't have fog lights! Many thanks, Rob Quote
Luke0549 Posted November 5, 2012 Posted November 5, 2012 Rear fogs on jdms are usually built into the reverse indicator cluster so that's the switch. Well, it is on mine! Quote
ThriftyFifty Posted November 5, 2012 Author Posted November 5, 2012 (edited) Indeed, I have different clusters in my rear one with a split red/white light... so makes sense now! Another mystery is solved. Here was me thinking it was a warp drive button Edited November 5, 2012 by ThriftyFifty Quote
ioneabee Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 passenger ejector seat release! Oy - knicking my lines now eh ? Quote
jonst205 Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012 Worth sticking a label on it come MOT time ("FOG") as technically it's a fail without it. Obviously you just take the label off again afterwards. Quote

Saxtoo Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 If you pull that switch out and turn it 180 degrees, then you can actually see the light comes on... unless it's also foggy inside the car too ;-) Quote
samsniss350z Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 this button switches on the second inline turbo giving an extra 17psi of boost. Quote
