For me the ones with HUGE gillette mach 3 wings on them look chav. Especially on standard bodywork with wheels that don't suit.

 

I'm all for modifying, all my cars have been. But the mods have to be chosen carefully so they flow with the car. It should look like it could have came from the factory with the mods. Too many mod cars just for the sake of adding another mod, not thinking how it will look

For most car owners who don't mod their car, any kind of nodding is chav. Jag purists would say I've chav'd the jag. But at the end of the day we all mod our cars for ourself and not others, so who cares.
