haynesml Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Got rear ended by and Audi TT whilst stopped in traffic going home. No one hurt just annoying. Must say, tough car, felt like a pretty good impact probably 15 to 20 mph but only real damage is a couple of dents in the bumper and its pushed through a mounting pin. I guess it will be a new rear end will have to see if any damage underneath when it is inspected. Just hope the garage will match the paint and that it does not show up, will have to wait and see. bronzee Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 At least it wasn't a truck, that would have been much worse. Hope you get it sorted without too much hassle. Quote

Pr1ngle Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Sorry to hear this heynesml. Good to hear no one was hurt and hopefully, you'll get a quick repair. Quote
rtbiscuit Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 most cars the rear end is very tough, compared to the front which is a crump zone. i would expect the TT looks worse at the front than your rear. Quote
Dblock Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Whats wrong with TTs? Nothing, its audi drivers in general. Quote
elfman Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 An lucky that mate. Hopefully they'll do a good job. Going through the TT drivers insurance I'm assuming? Quote
