Bobbyheinz Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 This was a question I was asked by an operator at Admiral! I called up to double check that I didn't need to declare a non standard aerial. It's understandable to want to outsource to save money but at least get people who can speak English properly...the chap I spoke to first time around had such a poor grasp of the language that I genuinely couldn't understand him and had to hang up and phone again Rant over Quote
JetSet Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 Last time I called Admiral I was put through to Halifax in Nova Scotia , I think The U.K office is in South Wales and closes around 8.00 after that the Canadian phone centre takes over (I think). Pete Quote

Bobbyheinz Posted September 9, 2012 Author Posted September 9, 2012 Yeah in the past I've been really impressed with the service (Wales office)...but this just added insult to injury after I phoned for a quote for a 370 and they said they wouldn't cover me because I'm "a young driver" and it's a "high end car"....
