DixcelBrake Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 Ok is not a 350z, this is our own project car and road demo car and we will be taking a few stages on the built so one day eventually it will become a full on track car. We are going to spend 2 weeks building this car as myself have already booked the trip to the Ring from the 17-19 August THIS month. Here is some progress we got so far - Day 1 - putting the car up and get ready for stripping - All this will be coming off - Getting stripped Rear Subframe and Crash bar out New subframe from 06 car with seam welded and powder coat - Test fit new Bumper More stripping - Engine supporting by engine stand as the Front subframe is coming out - Front Subframe - Gearbox out - Some new parts getting ready:) My favourite Nitron 3 ways Race coilover Our very own DMS PRO76S 3 inch single exit with dolphin tail PRO76R Manifold with built in silencer - Day 2 will be follow up soon :thumbup: Quote

We have also lay down most of the parts that is ready to go onto the car - Front Subframe collars, powerflex bushes Rear Subframe collars, Rear Diff collars, Ultra racing rear under brace Hardrace Rear Spherical bearing damper bush - Hardrace Rear Roll Centre adjuster - Hardrace Steering rack reinforce bushing - Hardrace Front Roll centre adjuster with Camber offset plate. Hardrace Spherical damper bush for front damper. Hardrace forged drivershaft spacers, Hardrace Rear diff reinforce collars, Ultra racing rear Strut and lower subframe brace- Powerflex Front Compliance bush with Stainless caster adjuster kit, Hardrace OEM heavy duty top ball joint and powerflex suspension arms bushes Hardrace harden tie rods and spherical tie rod ends, powerflex ARB bush Ultra racing Front subframe 6 points brace with rear subframe 4 point brace. Ultra Racing Chassis brace - Front we have Mishimoto Radiator with Fan, Mocal Oil cooler, AP Racing cailper with Dixcel FCR Slot disk and Dixcel Type RA front pad. AP Racing caliper with Dixcel disk and pad - AP Racing Brake Bias Hardrace rear Toe arm, Dixcel Rear FCR Plain disk, Volk CE28 with AD08, Nitrons, Hardrace RCA and Hardrace OEM heavy duty top ball joint Hardrace Heavy duty top arm ball joint - Seam welded Front subframe fitting with Subframe collar, Steering rack bush kit Password JDM Dry carbon heat shield 4.4 final drive Main set of wheel Volk CE28 with AD08 Spare set of wheel, Work Emotion with AD08 that it for today, will post more update tomorrow:) Dixon@DMS Quote
