I personaly cant see what you've done wrong there... it doesnt even sound like it was caused by lift off oversteer?

 

I assume you had traction control off?

 

After a 10 minute session your tyres should still be fine, so like you said your pressures might have been off etc.

Now none of that is not going to fix your car but it might explain why you lost it at that point? :shrug:

 

Edit - just seen the delamination issue on your other thread which means my thoughts about an oily surface from recent re-surfacing leading to your off can be ruled out
