1)Personally I don't think most people follow the speed restrictions Anyway.

2) reckon alot of people would oppose this as it will in a way promote speeding

And

3) 5 till 6Am who the heck even wakes up at that time in the weekend just for a drive.

Thats quite a good April Fools, I bet loads of people actually fell for it. Go out at 5am on a weekend though and you CAN do pretty much whatever speed you like, Mr Plod is nowhere to be seen

Just been reading the forum comments and I like the suggestion of a race around the M25. However the suggested 2hrs to complete it is far too long, I think you should be given an hour, so an average speed of just over 120MPH

the M25 race could start, and then those who dont finish within the hour get a £1000 fine and a 6 month ban.
